For the annual count. The system is set up, your data loaded, the count run and the reports produced — then it goes quiet until next year.
For businesses that cycle count through the year, or run several counts across multiple sites. The portal stays live and your history stays with it.
Software is rarely the whole bill. These are the things that usually sit alongside it, quoted separately so you can see what you are paying for.
